Please include your event date in the memo portion of your check.

Paying by credit card or PayPal
If you'd like to make a payment using a credit card or PayPal, you may do so via this web page.   You may use this form to make a down payment, incremental payment, or final payment.  Please make a payment only when we have both agreed to a contract and the terms appropriate to your event.  If you are unsure as to your balance or status with us, please contact us via e-mail or telephone first.

On this page you are prompted for the event identifier, type of payment, and the amount to be paid.  After pressing the submit button, succeeding pages will prompt you for your name and credit card information.

Important Notes: Credit card payments are handled through PayPal, an Internet-based payment service.  PayPal is a very popular payment method for E-Bay auctions and has an excellent reputation for maintaining the security of your credit card information.  If you already have a PayPal account, you may also pay by debiting your bank account.

Also, if your credit card is a bank debit-style of card, it may not process properly.  Many banks don't allow verification of address information, which will result in PayPal being unable to complete the transaction.
