...Also, just to let you know, your web site is great.  I really appreciate that you list your prices and a copy of your contract online.  I live in LA so all those long distance calls to San Diego really eat up my phone bill.  I've called a lot of vendors just to find out they aren't in my budget, or that they don't have the services I need.  It is refreshing to find a company that is so upfront.

Very impressed!  I appreciate the sponsorship header for the fast-pitch softball.  It helps the viewer know that the business supports 'good stuff'. Even better that it remains up on every page in the site (format consistency through the site avoids viewer confusion/distraction).  Additional strong points are the navigational organization.  Viewers can move through sequentially from page to page (with the links provided at bottom of each page) OR in a non-linear fashion using the table of contents index on the left.  Also, the pages load pretty quickly which is always important and once loaded, they are quite colorful but not too busy!  The information, while I did not read all of it, seems appropriate for not only the purpose of securing business, but also helping folks get a little more technically savvy.  I think it's a winner!
